Acts 1:8 reminds us that we are empowered by the Holy Spirit and entrusted with the mission of being Christ’s witnesses. This isn’t just a calling—it’s a divine equipping to share the gospel boldly, starting where we are and reaching to the ends of the earth. We don’t carry this message in our own strength, but in His, living as faithful witnesses to His truth, love, and power.

Discussion Questions:

1. You have been and are empowered by the Holy Spirit to be a witness to Christ. What are some ways that you can grow in your trust of Him to do that in you?

2. As a witness for Christ, how can you stand for the Truth of His Word in your day-to-day life?

3. Repentance means to turn away from sin. Is there any unconfessed sin in your life? If so, take a few moments to repent with the Lord while receiving His forgiveness.
