Humility Leads to Reliance

Chase Haney continues our Genesis series with the story of Jacob wrestling with God. To rely on God we must be able to be humbled. He points out that our own abilities will leave us all alone. God does not work with an eraser, the arrow between who you were and who you are now is the Lord humbling you and sanctifying you. And faithfulness does not always equal a favorable result, time with God simply leads to us seeing our greater need for Him more and more.
